Brianna Shaw

Overview


Brianna C. Shaw began her legal career as an Assistant Defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia. During her time there, she handled a diverse caseload of misdemeanor and felony matters. She then became an associate at a local law firm handling criminal, family, and election law matters. Currently, Ms. Shaw represents juveniles as well as adults on the state and federal level. Ms. Shaw graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law where she was awarded the Jacquelyn E. Davis Success Award as well as the Andrew Gay Award for outstanding performance in trial advocacy.


In addition to Criminal Law, Ms. Shaw’s area of concentration includes Family Law and Election Law. Ms. Shaw has secured favorable outcomes for her clients in child support and child custody matters. She has also represented progressive candidates running for local, state, and federal legislative offices.
