Jon Cioschi is an experienced and accomplished civil rights and criminal defense attorney, whose work is informed by over a decade’s experience fighting injustice in this country's criminal legal systems. 

Prior to joining the firm, Jon clerked for the Honorable Beverly B. Martin on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  He began his legal career as a public defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia, where he spent over three years successfully litigating hundreds of trials and hearings in cases ranging from attempted murder to retail theft.

A 2014 honors graduate of Harvard Law School, Mr. Cioschi has also worked with the ACLU of Massachusetts, where he helped to build the organization’s powerful response to the Hinton Drug Lab Scandal, which ultimately resulted in the dismissal of thousands of wrongful drug convictions.
